Mostly seamless WhatsApp integration
Setting up the integration was surprisingly straightforward. I followed the instructions and within minutes I had WhatsApp order confirmations going out automatically. There was one minor hiccup with a formatting issue, but their support team was quick to respond and provide a solution. Overall, it's a great time saver and has significantly improved our customer communication. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their order process. A few more customization options would be nice, but it's already very functional as it is.
